Dr. Sofia Chen, DPT

Sofia founded Move With Purpose after watching too many people abandon fitness due to injury, pain, or feeling like they didn't belong. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former dancer, she created a training approach that honors the body's intelligence while pushing its potential.

Her mission: empower people to move with confidence, train with purpose, and build resilient strength that supports their life—not just their workouts.
